Important Dates for Fall 2019

Welcome Back to Clinton College! As classes begin next week, we want to remind you of some important dates you will need to remember for this semester:

August

Aug. 19 – Classes begin!

Aug. 19-23 – Drop/Add Period

Aug. 23 – Last Day for Drop/Add/Last Day for Late Registration

September

Sept. 2 – Labor Day – There are no classes and the offices will be closed. The residence halls and the cafeteria will remain open.

Sep. 3 – Classes resume

Sept. 4 – Fall Convocation with author Romal Tune as keynote speaker.

October

Oct. 7 – 11 – Mid-term Week

Oct. 14 – 18 – Fall Break –there are no classes and the administrative offices are closed.

Oct. 18 – Mid-term Grades Due

Oct. 21 – Classes resume

November

Nov. 11 – 15 – Pre-registration for Spring semester; Homecoming Week Activities

Nov. 16 – Homecoming game – Go Golden Bears!

Nov. 27 – 29 – Thanksgiving. The entire campus is closed, including residence hall and dining hall.

December

Dec. 2 – Classes resume

Dec. 8 – Winter Choral Concert

Dec. 11 – Awards ceremony/recognition of Fall graduates

Dec. 9 – 13 – Final Exams

Dec. 13 – Last day of classes. Residence hall closes at 8 p.m. Dining Hall closes after dinner meal.

Dec. 18 – Final Grades Due/Faculty last Day

Dec. 20 – Administrative Staff last day/Christmas Break begins
