This section has been created to assist graduation candidates, families, faculty, and staff in preparation for this exciting time of celebrating student achievement. Clinton College's Commencement exercise will be held in the JW Martin Gymnasium on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 1:00 pm.

Felicia Hall Allen to Give Clinton College’s 2022 Commencement Address

Clinton College announced today that Felicia Hall Allen, CEO of Felicia Hall Allen & Associates, will be the 2022 Commencement Speaker on May 7^th in JW Martin Gymnasium. 

Felicia Hall Allen, CEO of Felicia Hall Allen & Associates, brings unique depth to specialties of leadership, team building, organizational development, executive coaching, and sports management.  She is also the co-founder of A STEP UP, Inc. Professional Development Symposiums.

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, this former student-athlete earned a basketball scholarship to The University of Iowa where she played for Hall of Fame Coach, C. Vivian Stringer winning multiple Big Ten Championships.  Felicia was conferred two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Iowa, College of Law.  She also completed an Executive Education Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Read More
